1 Potato, 2 Potato Salad




Ingredients:

Yam, or Sweet Potatoes

Small Red Potatoes

White Onion, Green onions, garlic, olive oil, fennel, black olives, green pepper, celery, dill weed, paprika,Italian Seasoning, nutritional or brewer's yeast or Parma, Veganaise, Dijon stoneground mustard, soy sauce, Soy Bleu soy cheese and toasted sesame oil.


And here we go intrepid foodies!
It's a one-two punch for a knockout lunch or anytime--my guaranteed yummy 1-potato, 2-potato salad!Potato #1: small red organic!Potato #2: yams or sweet potato, organic.
These make a great combo, believe me. Do you miss sweet potato tempura like back in Kealakekua, Hawaii...? I know I do.The sweetness of your yam, added to a nice full savory potato salad mix will make your taste buds sing "KOMO MAI NO KAUA IKA HALE WELAKAHAO"!!OK! It's really very simple and won't take but,oh, a 1/2 hour once you cook your potatoes, but not tooo well. They will be added to a nice saute'--as lovingly portrayed in next foto: w/olive oil, chopped garlic and onion, abit of soy sauce, season w/Italian seasoning &
paprika, saute' a couple of minutes. let flavors absorb.

Add potatoes from pan to bowl, and stir in the rest of ingredients...see foto 3:













and viola!, we are fini! great warm or after refrigerated and cooool...

one beautiful salad that will satisfy you and your Big Kahuna too.
